SUPPLEMENT ON DEMAND:
– Midweek change of bed linen € 10,00, bath linen € 10,00 per head
– Extra midweek cleaning € 25,00 per apartment
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: The stay is considered started after 3 pm of the arrival day. However, where possible, if the apartment to book is available before, the beginning of the stay can be anticipated. As regards the departure, the stay must end by 9.30 am of the day of departure without any possibility of delay. Any modification in the time of arrival and departures is to be agreed in advance with the people in charge of the house and it is subordinate to his acceptance.
CLEANING OF THE APARTMENTS: The apartments are cleaned weekly, from 10 am to 1 pm of the seventh day. Therefore we ask our guests to permit the access to the apartment, otherwise the cleaning won’t be done.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: The reservations must be confirmed upon the payment of the 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance must be paid at the beginning of the stay.
ANIMALS: Animals accompanying are not allowed.
CANCELLATION AND PENALTIES: The rules applied will be communicated in the email answering the client’s request for information and availability.
NOTES: Our guests are pleased to inform the management of any possible fault so that he’ll arrange for the damage to be repaired as soon as possible, if the means available on the island allow. The faults caused by the guest will be charged to himself.
